Contact

One address, watched by the people who build it. Here is what to send and where it lands.

Email

support@realtimeavatar.ai — support, sales, billing, security reports and press. It is a real inbox rather than a form: it reaches the people who work on the platform, and replies come from the same address.

Include your workspace name and, where the question is about a specific call, the session id from your dashboard. It turns most exchanges from three messages into one.

Before you write

Several things are faster to read than to ask, and each is kept current by the same build that ships the platform:

  • Documentation — the quickstart, every framework adapter, and the tool calling boundary. Append .md to any page for its raw markdown.
  • API reference — every endpoint, the scope it needs, and the errors it can return, with the codes to switch on.
  • Pricing — what a live minute costs and what avatar creation costs.
  • OpenAPI 3.1 — generate a client rather than hand-writing one.

Security

Send suspected vulnerabilities to support@realtimeavatar.ai with enough detail to reproduce. Please give us a chance to fix an issue before publishing it, and do not test against other people's workspaces or data.

Post is not monitored for anything time-sensitive — for support, billing or an outage, email is the only channel that reaches someone the same day.
