This Privacy Policy explains how The Influence Company ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use realtimeavatar.ai (the "Service"). We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service well.

Information we collect

• Account data — your name, email, and workspace details when you sign up.
• Content you provide — portraits, audio, video clips, prompts, and persona settings you submit to create or run avatars.
• Usage data — realtime minutes, turns, renders, API requests, and diagnostic logs used for billing, security, and reliability.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processors (Autumn and Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

• to operate the Service — generate avatars, render video, stream realtime turns, and meter usage;
• to authenticate accounts, enforce limits, prevent abuse, and secure the platform;
• to bill for usage and provide support;
• to improve reliability and performance. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not train foundation models on your private content without your consent.

How we share information

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service — for example cloud hosting (Cloudflare), GPU compute (RunPod), generation providers (fal), voice services, and billing (Autumn, Stripe) — under agreements that limit their use of it. Separately, and only with your permission, we share limited conversion measurements with the advertising platforms described under Advertising below. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Data retention

Generated and uploaded media is stored to operate your avatars and renders and is retained while your account is active. You can delete avatars and renders, and you can request deletion of your account data, subject to records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

Security

We use encryption in transit, scoped API keys, rate limiting, and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and respond promptly to incidents.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We also store a first-party analytics identifier and, when you arrive from a link we advertised, the campaign tags on that link — both in your browser's local storage, both readable only by us.

Advertising

We advertise the Service on third-party platforms, currently Reddit. If you arrive from one of those ads, the link carries a click identifier that we keep so we can tell which campaigns bring people who find the Service useful.

With your permission we also load Reddit's advertising pixel, and we report conversions — such as creating an account or starting a subscription — back to Reddit from our servers. Those reports identify you to Reddit by the click identifier from your ad link and, where we have one, a cryptographic hash of your email address; we do not send Reddit your email address itself, your content, or your prompts. Reddit uses this to measure and target its own advertising, and its handling is governed by Reddit's privacy policy.

You choose. We ask before loading the advertising pixel, and declining leaves the Service fully functional — nothing is withheld. You can change your answer at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, and we will ask again on your next visit. First-party analytics described above is not part of this choice; it is how we operate and secure the Service.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
