What this estimate includes
Formula: monthly subscription + max(0, call minutes − included minutes) × published overage rate. All included credits are assumed to go to calls. Speech recognition, the language model, voice and avatar rendering are included in the live-call product.
Avatar creation and other generation also spend the same credit balance and reduce the allowance left for calls. This estimate excludes those uses, taxes, annual discounts, negotiated pricing, optional credit top-ups, and your own hosting or external tools. It is a planning model, not a billing quote.
Concurrency is a plan eligibility check, not a capacity guarantee. Sandbox has a hard allowance; it has no automatic overage. Existing account balances and grants are not read by this calculator.
